Eagle’s Nest Daycare & Preschool is a Louisiana department of education-licensed, Title I daycare facility in the heart of Acadiana at 300 Town Center Parkway in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The classrooms are housed inside the all-new 23-acre campus of Apostolic Christian School and The Apostolic Church of Lafayette. Eagle’s Nest Staff believes that children are wonderfully made by God and His thoughts are precious and many towards them (Psalms 139). With that in mind, it is our privilege to join with you in nurturing your child.

TEAMWORK

Teachers at Eagle’s Nest love their roles as dedicated caregivers and facilitators of learning. They are committed to addressing as many needs as possible of children and families in their care. Each staff member meets or exceeds regulations set forth by the Louisiana Department of Education. All staff are vetted using a fingerprint based criminal background check. They are also trained in Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Education for staff is ongoing to ensure the best research-based methods of early childcare are being implemented.

CULTURE

Children at Eagle’s Nest are encouraged to respect themselves as well as other people and things. The foundation to responsible and meaningful citizenship can never be laid too early. Themes of “togetherness” and “inspiration” are fostered through our daily play and discovery.

PROGRAM

Eagle’s Nest Daycare & Preschool uses the Abeka Preschool program. Abeka is a Bible-based curriculum that uses a traditional teaching approach, well-crafted tools, and hands-on activities to guide children.

HOURS

Eagle’s Nest Daycare & Preschool will be open for adventure Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:45PM beginning in 2023.

COMMUNICATION

Eagle’s Nest promotes ongoing collaboration between staff and parents. We maintain an open-door policy for our families. In addition, our childcare software, Procare, provides real-time updates between parents and staff to ensure every child’s needs are being met.

Our mission is to provide an excellent Christian Daycare and Preschool experience for children and their families in an atmosphere of holy, Godly living, to prepare them for a successful future both spiritually and naturally.
